Ms. Lieberman is an experienced government law attorney, and is board certified in City, County and Local Government Law, a distinction currently held by only 178 attorneys in Florida. Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of competency and experience within an area of law, and professionalism and ethics in practice.

In addition to local government law, Ms. Lieberman practices in the areas of administrative law, appellate law, business law, construction law, criminal law and real property law. She also provides legal advice, transactional and litigation services in all these areas of law.

In addition to her practice, she is currently Vice President of the Citrus-Hernando Inn of Court, Secretary and past president of the Citrus County Bar Association, a member of the Florida Bar City, County and Local Government Law Executive Council, and in 2006 was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to a four-year appointment on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission.

Also, Ms. Lieberman was recently published in the Stetson Law Review for her co-written article regarding emergency management entitled "When the Wind Blows: The Role of the Local Government Attorney Before, During and In the Aftermath of a Disaster,", and presented a continuing legal education seminar entitled "Animal Seizure: A Government Law Perspective" at the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Florida Bar.
